We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to a fast-paced warehouse environment and capable of performing physically demanding work throughout the shift.

You will be responsible for order picking using an RF device, unboxing copiers, removing packaging materials, and safely handling materials. This is an active role requiring constant standing, walking, and lifting. Team members must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs (team lift required for items over 50 lbs).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate powered and non-powered warehouse material handling equipment safely
• Perform shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and general warehouse functions
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety policies
• Use RF equipment to process inbound, outbound, and internal transactions accurately
• Perform cycle counts and inventory QA as needed
• Support additional departments as needed through cross-training
• Consolidate stock and maintain 5S standards
• Palletize and load shipments, ensuring safe and damage-free transport
• Inspect all inbound/outbound freight for accuracy and damage
• Complete forklift pre-operation inspection checklist daily
• Perform C-TPAT compliance inspections and ensure warehouse security
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

Required Qualifications

? High school diploma or GED
? Previous forklift certification (Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-down forklift)
? RF scanner experience
? Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience with 1+ year of stand-up forklift operation
? Excellent math, reading comprehension, and legible writing skills
? Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
? Ability to take direction and complete tasks within established timelines
? Strong teamwork and communication skills
? High attention to detail and commitment to safety
? Ability to multitask and maintain productivity standards
? Comfortable working in a traditional warehouse environment (normal temp, lighting, and noise levels)
