Warehouse Associate
Location: Oceanside, CA
Pay: $47,840–$52,000 annually ($23.00–$25.00/hr)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–12:00 PM (Full-time)

We have an excellent Warehouse opportunity to join a cohesive, fast-paced team in North San Diego! The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and database/ERP systems. Forklift experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a strong plus. This role supports daily warehouse operations, ensures accurate order processing, maintains organized inventory, and contributes to a smooth workflow throughout the facility. Responsibilities:

Perform daily shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming/outgoing shipments

Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and database updates

Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (training available if needed)

Prepare and process pick tickets, packing slips, labels, and shipping documentation

Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Collaborate with team members to support production and order fulfillment

Investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate effectively with supervisors

Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience

Forklift experience (preferred)

Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy

Experience with inventory or database systems a plus
