Job Overview:
Join a well-established logistics team supporting Ricoh USA! We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Senior Associate to handle daily warehouse operations, including equipment loading, order processing, and material handling. This position offers hands-on experience, a steady schedule, and the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and secure office equipment for shipment (trailers, trucks, etc.)
Unbox and process incoming orders, verify accuracy, and prepare for distribution
Use warehouse software to track shipments and order movement (training provided)
Safely operate material handling and dock equipment (forklift certification preferred)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform general warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, and order pulling
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (or 1 year with the company)
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance for heavier items)
Strong time management and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation (no nearby bus route)
Forklift certification preferred
