Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to assist with picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. This role requires standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Pay rate: $18/hr
Responsibilities:
• Pick and pack items accurately for shipment.
• Prepare and organize products according to company standards.
• Lift, move, and handle items up to 75 lbs safely.
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools as needed.
• Follow all directions and complete tasks within established timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and support overall warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, or 1 year with our company.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to follow directions, manage time, and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods
