We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Small Parts Assembler to join our team. This position involves assembling very small components, requiring excellent hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and strong close-up vision. Ideal candidates will be patient, focused, and able to work effectively while seated for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities:

-Assemble small parts with precision and accuracy

-Inspect components for quality and defects

-Follow detailed instructions and diagrams

-Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and care

Requirements:

-Strong hand dexterity and steady hands

-Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)

-Ability to sit for prolonged periods

-Attention to detail and ability to focus on small, repetitive tasks

-Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
