Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate with experience in picking, packing, and operating a stand-up reach forklift. This position involves physical labor, including prolonged standing, walking, and light to moderate lifting.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Pay rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities:
• Pick and pack orders efficiently
• Operate stand-up reach forklift (occasional use)
• Use RF scanner for inventory tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow directions and meet production timelines
• Work collaboratively with team members

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• 1+ year of stand-up reach or dock stocker forklift experience (certified preferred)
• Familiarity with RF scanners
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift over 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Good math and reading comprehension skills
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods
