We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in the assembly department, working with very small parts. This role requires good vision, strong attention to detail, and patience, as you’ll be sitting for most of your 10-hour shift performing precise assembly work.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assemble small parts accurately and efficiently
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Follow detailed instructions and quality standards
-Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
-Perform basic warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
-Comfortable working with very small parts for extended periods
-Able to sit for most of the 10-hour shift
-Available to work Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM
-Fridays are typically off, but occasional overtime may be required and is paid accordingly
-Excellent vision (corrected vision is fine)
-Strong focus, patience, and ability to work independently
Preferred:
-Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
