Job Title: Associate Warehouse Field Distribution

Pay Rate: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Dress Code: Business Casual

Are you someone who’s comfortable with manual labor, able to follow directions, and ready to stay on your feet all day? We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Field Distribution team in Arlington, TX. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Unboxing and pushing copiers
• Lifting items (team lift required for anything over 50 lbs; lifting equipment provided)
• Standing for the entire shift
• General warehouse duties such as:
o Shipping, receiving, stocking, and order pulling
o Loading and unloading trucks
o Material handling (powered and non-powered equipment; training provided)
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Completing all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
• Following OSHA safety standards and procedures (training provided)
• Processing and handling documentation as needed
• Ensuring proper care of equipment, which may range in value from $1 to $150,000
• Collaborating with team members to meet operational goals
