Job Title: Part-Time Warehouse Assistant

Schedule: Mon.-Fri.
Reports To: Warehouse Manager/Operations Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, handling shipping and receiving tasks, as well as performing regular cycle counts. Proficiency in Zoho is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records using Zoho software.
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
Assist with inventory audits and reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
