We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Ripon, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to company standards

Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)

Label, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies

Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Basic math, reading, and communication skills

Familiarity with inventory software or handheld scanners is a plus

Forklift certification is a bonus (or willingness to become certified)

Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures

Regular physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing

Shift schedules may vary; overtime and weekend availability may be required
