Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing supply pallets for shipping by securely stacking, wrapping, and labeling them according to quality and safety standards. This includes organizing, counting, and handling various types of supplies, maintaining a clean workspace, and following all company procedures.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Pay rate: $19/hr
Responsibilities:
• Build and wrap supply pallets for shipment using corner boards and shrink wrap
• Accurately count and organize different types and sizes of supplies
• Follow quality assurance and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for long periods
• Operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience (or 1 year with the company)
• Strong reading, math, and legible writing skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move wheeled objects up to 700 lbs
• Able to follow directions, manage time, and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
