Job Title: Warehouse/Assembly Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Fort Myers, FL (33905)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Kit Assembly Associate to support warehouse operations by assembling kits that will be shipped to job sites. This role involves locating materials, following kit build instructions, and preparing items for shipment. Candidates should be comfortable performing hands-on work and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.

Experience working with plumbing materials or within the plumbing industry is a plus. Strong performers may have the opportunity to convert to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble kits according to order specifications and build instructions
• Locate and gather required materials to complete kit assembly
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, secure, and safe at all times

Requirements

• Ability to interpret kit orders and follow detailed assembly instructions accurately
• Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience
• No more than 3 months gaps in work history
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks
• Ability to read and understand work orders
