Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Production Assembler will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts, products, and components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Identify and report defective materials or equipment to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production flow.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Perform routine equipment checks and notify maintenance when needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environment a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, or blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25-50 lbs].
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced manufacturing/production setting.
Exposure to machinery, tools, and moderate noise levels.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
