We are seeking a Wafer Fabrication Technician

As a Wafer Process Technician, you will perform tasks related to solution phase deposition, electrical test and measurement, visual inspection, and photolithography of lead selenide and sulfide products, as well as other silicon products. This role involves both hands-on, single-wafer processing and operating production-oriented, semi-automated semiconductor processing tools.

Must meet ITAR, 1st shift, M-F 7:30am-4pm
Pay is $23-28/hr DOE

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent education level required.
• Prior experience in a cleanroom is not necessary but must be a plus.
• Proactive and able to independently manage tasks while supporting team activities.
• Committed, attentive, and positive attitude with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Keen attention to detail and precision in executing fabrication processes.
• Willingness to be familiar with cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn basic manufacturing procedures and operate wafer fabrication tools.
• Willingness to learn basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and complete necessary documentation.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English, and have basic math skills
