We are seeking a detail-oriented Wafer Fabrication Technician to join our cleanroom team within the Production Department. This role involves hands-on wafer processing and operating semi-automated semiconductor tools for deposition, inspection, and photolithography.

Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay: $24–$30/hr DOE
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Status: Full-Time
Requirements: Must meet ITAR compliance

Key Responsibilities

Perform solution phase deposition, electrical testing, visual inspection, and photolithography.
Handle single-wafer processing and operate production-oriented semiconductor equipment.
Follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to process instructions.


Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior cleanroom experience is a plus (not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English; basic math skills required.
Comfortable wearing protective gear and working in a cleanroom environment.
