Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced WH Operations Manager Bil Mandarin for a direct hire opportunity in Garden Grove, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse, logistics, and operations leader who is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has strong experience managing warehouse teams, drivers, inventory, transportation coordination, WMS, and TMS systems.

The WH Operations Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, support accurate and efficient order fulfillment, coordinate freight and carrier activity, and help maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing facility. The right candidate will work closely with internal departments, logistics partners, carriers, and warehouse personnel to support productivity, safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, warehouse employees, drivers, receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment.
- Use WMS systems to maintain inventory accuracy, process warehouse activity, perform cycle counts, and generate operational reports.
- Use TMS systems to coordinate transportation, routing, carrier activity, shipment tracking, freight documentation, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers, carriers, vendors, and internal departments to support efficient logistics and distribution activity.
- Track KPIs related to inventory accuracy, fulfillment, productivity, safety, freight, operating costs, and overall warehouse performance.
- Train, coach, and manage warehouse personnel while maintaining OSHA compliance, safety standards, and a clean, organized, tour-ready facility.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Flexible schedule and overtime availability as needed.
- Ability to travel and work from other facilities as needed.
