We are seeking a WFH Call Center Representative to support New Jersey residents during healthcare enrollment periods. This fully remote Customer Support Representative opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing accurate information in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers through inbound and outbound phone communications related to healthcare enrollment services.
- Provide accurate information, guidance, and support to New Jersey residents during enrollment periods.
- Process applications, supporting documents, and administrative requests according to quality standards.
- Enter, update, and maintain customer information accurately in system records.
- Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and service questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strong customer service standards while meeting performance, attendance, and quality expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

- $18.00 per hour for English-only representatives.
- $19.00 per hour for bilingual English/Spanish representatives.
- Contract/temporary opportunity.
- 100% remote work from home.
- Must reside and work in New Jersey.
- Paid training provided.
- Training is fully remote and requires camera-on attendance throughout training and nesting.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support healthcare enrollment contact center operations through inbound and outbound customer communication.
- Process applications, documents, data entry updates, and customer account requests.
- Resolve customer service inquiries while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and quality standards.

- 1 to 2 years of customer service, call center, client support, or administrative support experience preferred.
- Must reside and work in New Jersey.
- Must have your own computer, second monitor, web camera, and headset.
- Ability to attend remote training and nesting with camera on as required.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail when handling applications and customer information.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting attendance, productivity, and quality expectations.
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach when assisting residents with sensitive or detailed information.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- Previous healthcare, healthcare enrollment, insurance, benefits, or public service contact center experience.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a structured call center environment.
- Familiarity with document processing, application review, and customer account updates.
