Welder (MIG & TIG – Sheet Metal Fabrication)
-LOCATION: Santa Ana, CA
-SHIFT: 1st Shift
-HOURS: $26–$33/hour DOE
*Hands on experience with Tig Gas Tungsten Arc Welding required*
-THE ROLE: We are currently seeking an experienced Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Santa Ana. This full-time position focuses on MIG and TIG welding of sheet metal fabrication parts, including aluminum and stainless-steel components. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and experience producing high-quality welds in a manufacturing environment.
-Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on sheet metal fabrication parts
• Weld aluminum and stainless steel materials according to specifications
• Read blueprints, drawings, work orders, and follow written/verbal instructions
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Monitor product quality and identify parts requiring additional inspection
• Troubleshoot welding equipment and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

-Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of MIG and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment • Experience welding sheet metal, aluminum, and stainless steel required • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings • Strong understanding of welding quality standards and workmanship • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools • High school diploma or GED preferred • Team-oriented with flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
