Job Summary Required Qualifications and Skills:
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys keeping operations organized, supporting shipping and receiving activity, and helping warehouse teams stay productive and efficient.
The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a team-focused environment with supportive leadership and clear day-to-day expectations. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in warehouse operations. Forklift experience is desired, and certification may be provided once employment begins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a small forklift to move heavy items safely throughout the warehouse floor.
- Support daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement activities.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse work area.
- Coordinate with team members and warehouse leadership to complete daily operational priorities.
- Perform repetitive warehouse tasks with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to support smooth workflow.
- Pay: $25 per hour..
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA. 100% Onsite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of Warehouse Supervisor experience.
- Forklift certification.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse work instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish.
