Visual Merchandising Specialist

Purpose
Executes advertising, window displays, and in-store visual arrangements that capture customer attention and support the company’s vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct store visits to audit visual standards, provide solutions, and track execution

Manage visual merchandising alignment between HQ and retail locations

Lead visual setup for domestic and international store openings

Develop initiatives to elevate and improve visual merchandising standards

Prepare and deliver structured, actionable store visit and visual performance reports

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Education: University degree

Experience: 3+ years in visual merchandising or a related field

Language: Strong command of English

Systems: Proficient in MS Office

Travel: Ability to travel without restrictions; valid Class B driver’s license and active driver

Core Competencies: Team player, strong communicator, analytical thinker, highly organized, and skilled in planning, reporting, and cross-stakeholder coordination
