We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Visual Inspector and Packer to join our production team! In this role, you’ll ensure that products meet quality standards and are packaged correctly for delivery. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and like being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do
Inspect products for quality, defects, or inconsistencies
Package items according to company and customer specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Record inspection results and report any issues to supervisors
Follow safety and quality control guidelines
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
Attention to detail and strong focus on quality
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up
Basic reading and math skills
Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or inspection (preferred but not required)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
