AppleOne is pleased to partner with a client needing a VP of Operations. The Vice President of Operations will serve as the organization's operational backbone, ensuring the company runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with its vision. Acting as the President’s key enforcer and support, this role ensures that all team members are crystal clear on their responsibilities, that processes are documented and followed, and that continuous training is embedded into the culture. This role requires a balanced leader-manager—strategic in direction, and hands-on in execution across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
1. President’s Strategic Support
• Serve as the President’s right hand in operational enforcement.
• Ensure execution of company goals, initiatives, and directives.
• Provide regular updates to the President on compliance, performance, and procedural improvements.
2. Project Management and Oversight
• Ai

• Vehicle Maintenance and Organization
• Travel Oversight and Management
• Develop and update detailed task lists for each project and department to ensure clarity, accountability, and progress tracking
3. Job Description Development & Management
• Create, update, and maintain detailed job descriptions for all positions.
• Ensure that roles are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure role clarity across the organization.
• Train staff on all applicable policies and procedures for their role and function.
4. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Management
• Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs for all key business functions.
• Review and update SOPs regularly to reflect operational improvements and compliance needs.
• Ensure SOPs are accessible, easy to understand, and actively used by the team.
5. Accountability & Performance Oversight
• Hold leaders and team members accountable to their job descriptions and SOPs.
• Establish systems to track performance and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Address performance issues promptly, constructively, and in alignment with company values.
• Supervise budgets, time schedules, and commitments.
• Manage SS expectations.
6. Training & Development
• Implement continuous training programs for all employees to ensure skills stay sharp.
• Foster a culture of learning and process excellence.
• Partner with leaders to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions
The VP will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring communication and management of all Product Requirement
Documents (PRDs), meeting scheduled deadlines, maintaining awareness of external vendor relationships, and maintaining project and department budgets throughout annual business planning and reforecasts.

Qualifications
• 5 years of related leadership experience, preferably in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven leadership experience in operations, business management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process development skills
• Experience creating and managing SOPs and job descriptions.
