We are seeking a Veteran Independence Program Advisor to support adults, including Veterans, in achieving greater independence and improving their quality of life. In this role, you’ll partner with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure individuals have access to the resources and services they need to thrive.

What You’ll Do:
Manage a caseload of 45+ consumers, providing ongoing guidance and support
Conduct functional needs assessments to identify services and resources
Develop and implement individualized service and spending plans
Assist consumers in managing budgets and making informed purchasing decisions
Support individuals in hiring, training, and managing their own support staff
Collaborate with community partners to deliver high-quality, person-centered services
Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 2 years’ experience working with Veterans, individuals with disabilities, or older adults
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with budgeting and financial tracking
Knowledge of ADA, Rehabilitation Act, and Fair Housing regulations
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general computer systems
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
