Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist customers with the rental process, including checking in and out vehicles.
Verify driver's licenses and rental agreements, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, documenting mileage, condition, and any existing damage.
Process payments and answer customer questions regarding rental rates, insurance options, and return procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized rental area, ensuring all paperwork and vehicles are properly prepared.
Opportunity to Earn More! Receive a competitive base salary of $12.00 per hour, plus commission based on meeting monthly sales goals. Show us your dedication and your pay could increase after 90 days!
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and address customer concerns effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum of 2 years).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
