We’re seeking a VP Finance & Controller to lead all financial functions for a growing company in the apparel industry. Reporting to the President, this role will drive financial strategy, oversee accounting operations, and support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead accounting, FP&A, cash flow, and financial reporting
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
Provide strategic insights on growth, profitability, and operations
Oversee audits, banking, and external partners
Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
10–15+ years in finance leadership (Controller + FP&A)
Strong GAAP, reporting, and systems experience
Apparel, retail, or consumer products experience preferred

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Strong background in Accounting and FP&A

Proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and operational performance
Apparel, Retail, or Consumer Products industry experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills
