Join a growing financial institution. In this position, you will manage the Bank’s digital banking vendors and product offerings to ensure the client experience through digital channels (online and mobile banking) is optimized and to ensure the Bank keeps up with current product offerings available in the industry. Ensure the core system and related surrounding systems can support the digital banking solutions to maximize the client experience and recommend enhancements where needed to improve the clients’ digital experience. Ideal candidate will have held the title of VP Digital Banking Manager, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Solid technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel), web browsers, mobile device applications, and banking software applications. Expert knowledge of digital banking solutions and experience working with digital banking vendors. Proficient knowledge of banking products, operations, policies, and applicable regulations.
