Excellent opportunity for a VP Branch and Operations Support Manager to lead and improve branch and back-office operations. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and update procedures, review branch transactions, evaluate workflows, and align processes with system settings. Partnering with the Core System Administrator, you’ll enhance system functionality and communicate changes to staff. You will also provide leadership, training, and accountability for your team. This full-time, on-site role requires occasional travel to branches. Key duties include managing the Branch Operations Support team, supporting compliance efforts, maintaining branch policies and controls, conducting branch reviews, identifying process improvements, and assisting with special projects. You’ll also work with Compliance to address audit findings and ensure regulatory adherence. Candidates must have at least five years of bank operations experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and knowledge of banking regulations and core system reporting tools is preferred.
