Our Client is seeking a highly organized and experienced VP Branch and Operations Support Manager to lead branch operations support and process improvement efforts across our branch network. This role partners with senior leadership to streamline procedures, enhance compliance, and drive operational excellence while overseeing a team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Branch Operations Support team
Evaluate branch workflows and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Training, Area Managers, and Compliance to address operational issues and improve procedures
Conduct internal reviews, monitor branch certifications, and assess transaction integrity
Maintain and publish accurate operational policies, procedures, and forms
Support system functionality enhancements with the Core System Administrator
Provide escalation support and guidance to branch staff
Assist with legal documentation reviews and IT/administrative projects
Act as a backup to the Bank Security Officer
Complete a minimum of 10 CRA-qualifying volunteer hours annually
Qualifications:
5+ years of bank operations experience
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with core banking/reporting systems preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Must be able to work independently and on-site
Note: Remote work is not permitted. Occasional travel to branch locations is required.
