We are actively seeking an experienced L2 Product Owner with deep Application Security (AppSec) expertise to support a major enterprise banking environment. This is a highly visible opportunity supporting enterprise-wide application security initiatives across multiple Agile delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of Product Ownership experience, Application Security knowledge, and Financial Services industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate AppSec strategy and roadmap into actionable product features and execution plans
• Manage product backlogs, prioritization, epics, features, and user stories
• Partner closely with engineering and security teams to drive delivery outcomes
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery across multiple AppSec initiatives
• Drive initiatives from intake through execution and delivery
• Support secure software development and vulnerability management programs

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner within Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong Application Security (AppSec) background REQUIRED
• Banking or Financial Services experience REQUIRED
• Experience with:

SAST (Static Application Security Testing)
SCA (Software Composition Analysis)
Vulnerability scanning / code scanning tools
Secure coding and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with tools such as Checkmarx, Veracode, Fortify, TruffleHog, or similar
• Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, and Agile product delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within large enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications:
• Background transitioning from AppSec Engineering into Product Ownership
• Experience with enterprise security frameworks and standards
