Key Responsibilities

- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other teller-related services.
- Assist customers with account servicing needs, product education, and general banking inquiries.
- Handle cash responsibly while following branch policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support daily branch operations in a high-volume environment, including customer flow, documentation, and service follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on banking products and services that may meet their financial needs.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication, reliability, and a willingness to help where needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $56,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process customer transactions, account updates, and service requests in a branch banking environment.
- Provide customer support, product education, and branch service assistance.
- Handle cash, balance transactions, and follow banking procedures with accuracy.
- Support branch operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

- High School diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Bank Teller, Customer Service Representative, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, or similar banking role.
- Recent banking experience preferred, ideally within the past 5 years.
- Full-time availability required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume branch environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and professionalism.
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and support the team as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Fiserv systems, including Navigator and Teller systems.
- 2 or more years of recent banking experience.
- Experience in a Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Teller, or branch CSR role.
