Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while building long-term client relationships? We are looking for a Premier Banker who is driven, customer-focused, and experienced in retail banking to join our growing team. This role is centered on relationship building, outside business development, and delivering the Six Diamond Experience to clients in the mass affluent and affluent segments.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
• Deliver outstanding customer service that meets or exceeds the Six Diamond Experience standard
• Utilize client needs assessment tools to uncover opportunities and provide appropriate financial solutions
• Accurately open new accounts and process necessary documentation for consumer and business clients
• Proactively resolve client issues in a professional and timely manner
• Achieve individual and branch sales/referral goals through outbound calling, in-branch interactions, and follow-up

Relationship Development
• Refer and promote bank products and services to mass affluent and affluent clients ($50K–$250K in deposit balances)
• Expand relationships with existing clients while acquiring new business through cold calling and networking
• Build and maintain strong internal partnerships to ensure effective client referrals
• Participate in branch outreach activities, community events, and business networking efforts

Operational Excellence
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and internal policies
• May handle teller transactions and assist with branch operations as needed (NSF processing, cash handling, night drops, etc.)
• Contribute to daily operational accuracy and branch performance metrics
• Support the opening/closing of the branch and other operational duties assigned by management

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of retail banking experience in a client-facing role
• Demonstrated success in business development, sales, and relationship management
• Experience in opening new consumer and business accounts
• Knowledge and experience in small business lending highly preferred
• Familiar with merchant services, payroll solutions, and treasury management
• Strong understanding of banking compliance regulations
• Cash handling experience (minimum 1 year recommended)
• Must be comfortable with outbound calling and outside prospecting
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking platforms
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform work that requires standing and walking
