Position: Ultrasound Applications Specialist
Location: Puerto Rico
Annual Salary: $44,000 + corporate vehicle
Exempt Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Visit clients to conduct demonstrations and presentations of ultrasound equipment.
• Configure ultrasound systems to ensure accurate and efficient deployment aligned with client needs, manufacturer standards, and applicable parameters.
• Collaborate with clients to understand specific requirements and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to optimize operational efficiency.
• Perform follow-up calls and visits after each installation to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide advanced technical support both onsite and remotely to resolve issues and maximize equipment performance.
• Deliver comprehensive training to clinical and technical staff on proper use and maintenance of ultrasound systems.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing activities performed to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure professional, courteous, and timely interactions with clients.
• Contribute actively to the mission, vision, and values of the organization by maintaining a high standard of efficiency and client service.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences or related field with a focus on Ultrasound.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Applications Specialist in ultrasound.
• In-depth knowledge of General Sonography, OB/GYN, and Thyroid imaging.
• Ability to effectively transmit knowledge to diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
