Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys creating intuitive, engaging, and visually polished digital experiences across web and mobile applications.
The UI/UX Designer will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to gather, evaluate, and translate user requirements into effective UX/UI design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for responsive web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive interface components, including menus, dashboards, forms, navigation elements, and interactive user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs, behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
- Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately while maintaining brand, design system, and accessibility standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and responsive interface designs for web and mobile applications.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in partnership with stakeholders, project teams, and developers.
- Improve usability through user research, testing, analysis, and design recommendations.
- Maintain consistency with design systems, branding guidelines, accessibility standards, and visual design best practices.
- 3 to 5 years of UI/UX design experience, or closely related experience creating digital product designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles, strong visual design capabilities, and experience with responsive web or mobile applications.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design standards.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, active listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly and present multiple design solutions to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of front-end development concepts.
- Experience collaborating closely with developers during design implementation.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices and established design systems.
