Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end SDLC, from concept and requirements through development, testing, release, and iteration
Serve as the Product Owner for UI initiatives, translating product vision into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements
Lead and collaborate with a team of Software Engineers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality UI implementations
Guide the curation, visualization, and presentation of complex data into clean, intuitive AngularJS and React user interfaces
Partner closely with engineering, stakeholders, and leadership to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and align on roadmaps
Establish and uphold UI standards, design systems, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability
Balance creativity with practicality, ensuring designs are both visually compelling and technically feasible
Continuously evaluate user feedback, product performance, and emerging trends to drive improvements and innovation
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a UI-heavy product, UI/UX, or Product Owner role
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
Experience working closely with or managing Software Engineers
Hands-on familiarity with AngularJS and React (ability to collaborate deeply with engineers, not necessarily code daily)
Ability to translate complex data and business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
