The Mission (Sales-First)
This is a 360-degree sales and recruitment role. You own the entire cycle:
• Hunt & Win: Use outbound calls, LinkedIn, and networking to land new client accounts.
• Consult & Solve: Meet with decision-makers to diagnose hiring pains and pitch tailored staffing solutions.
• Negotiate & Close: Own your margins. You’ll negotiate rates and placement terms directly.

• Scale Your Book: Manage your accounts to ensure repeat business and a growing commission check.
