Trust & Banking Coordinator
In-Office Miami | Full-Time | Up to $85,000
Overview
We’re hiring a Trust & Banking Coordinator to handle daily banking and trust accounting operations. This in-office role reports to the General Counsel and is ideal for candidates from law firms, title companies, or banking environments.
What You’ll Do
Post incoming and outgoing wires using Treasury Management platforms
Process checks and wire requests for real estate closings
Open and close firm bank accounts and trust subaccounts
Manage stop payments, voided, and stale-dated trust checks
Reconcile firm and trust bank statements
Post general ledger transactions and support cash receipts
Assist with additional accounting and banking tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of law firm accounting experience (required)
Experience with online business banking platforms
Aderant experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Reliable, professional, and team-focused
Important Notes
100% in-office (no remote work)
Must pass criminal and credit checks
No bankruptcies or high levels of personal debt
Social media may be reviewed as part of the hiring process
Schedule & Pay
Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility required)
Salary up to $85,000, based on experience
