Trust and Banking Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)
Salary: Up to $85,000 (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (extra hours as needed)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Trust and Banking Coordinator to support trust accounting and banking operations in a fast-paced, professional office. This is a 100% in-office role reporting to the General Counsel. Candidates from law firms, title companies, or banking are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
-Post and process incoming and outgoing wire transfers
-Handle check requests and settlement payments
-Assist with opening and closing firm and trust bank accounts
-Manage trust escrow subaccounts and stale-dated/voided checks
-Reconcile firm and trust bank statements
-Post general ledger transactions
-Support cash receipts posting as needed
-Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
-3–5 years of law firm accounting experience
-Experience with online business banking or Treasury Management platforms
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Aderant experience is a plus
-Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
Requirements
-Must pass criminal and credit background check
-Social media review required
-In-office attendance and punctuality required
