Trust and Banking Coordinator (In-Office)
Salary: Up to $85,000

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Trust and Banking Coordinator to support firm banking, trust accounting, and treasury-related functions. This role is responsible for processing wires, managing trust and operating accounts, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in law firm accounting, title companies, or banking, and is highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. This position reports directly to the General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
-Post incoming wires through Treasury Management platforms
-Process outgoing wires and check requests for real estate closings and settlement payments
-Assist with opening and closing firm bank accounts
-Open and close investment subaccounts for trust escrow deposits
-Handle voided trust check requests, stop payments, and reissuance of stale-dated checks
-Process firm-related outgoing wires and post corresponding general ledger transactions
-Reconcile firm and trust bank account statements
-Back up the Cash Receipts team by posting incoming operating account deposits
-Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls
-Use Microsoft Office products efficiently in daily operations
-Work collaboratively with associates and internal teams
-Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and consistent on-site attendance
-Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
-3–5 years of experience in law firm accounting (required)
-Experience with online business banking or Treasury Management platforms
-Background in a law firm, title company, or banking environment
-Experience with Aderant accounting software is a plus
-Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
-High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Professionalism, discretion, and reliability required
Pre-Employment Requirements

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds
Frequent typing, filing, and data entry
Primarily sedentary role with occasional filing and movement
Ability to lift files, open cabinets, bend, and stand as needed
Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and focus adjustment
Must be able to regularly talk and hear
Position Details

Standard business hours with flexibility for additional hours when needed
