We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee hotel renovation construction projects from start to completion. - Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

- Oversee daily construction site activities for hotel renovation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to support smooth project execution.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules while proactively identifying and resolving delays, conflicts, or field issues.
- Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel while promoting accountability, teamwork, productivity, and quality workmanship.
- Manage site safety and quality control by enforcing OSHA guidelines, building regulations, company procedures, and project standards.
- Track project expenses, coordinate material and equipment needs, and support cost-effective solutions with vendors and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in construction management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience required In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR) are a plus
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be willing to travel out of state
