Travel & Expense Analyst – Goleta, CA

AppleOne is partnering with a dynamic and growing company in the Goleta area to hire a detail-oriented Travel & Expense Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience managing expense reporting systems, particularly Concur.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review, audit, and process employee expense reports in Concur
* Ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies
* Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies
* Analyze expense data and identify trends or cost-saving opportunities
* Support month-end close activities related to travel and expenses
* Provide training and guidance to employees on T&E policies and systems
* Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to improve processes
**Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in travel and expense, accounting, or finance roles
* Hands-on experience with Concur is required
* Strong understanding of expense reporting and reimbursement processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
