General Manager – High-Volume Transportation Operations
A leading transportation company is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations across three key locations. This fast-paced role requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in transportation logistics, fleet management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will manage 120 employees, ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee a large workforce, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
-Maintain high-quality, on-time transportation company services.
-Implement training, scheduling, and performance programs.
- Enforce all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction.
- Analyze key metrics to drive improvements and optimize operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven success in transportation company management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in fleet operations, logistics, and employee oversight.
