We are hiring a Transportation Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to manage a fleet of 50 courtesy loaner vehicles and provide excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers daily.
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour

Qualifications 1–2 years of experience required in customer service, administrative support, or a related role
Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems)
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Comfortable verifying documentation (driver’s licenses, insurance records)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned schedule
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a fleet of approximately 50 courtesy loaner vehicles
Perform inventory audits and maintain accurate vehicle tracking records
Check vehicles in and out with clients and ensure all documentation is complete
Prepare loaner agreements and verify driver’s licenses and insurance coverage
Deliver professional, friendly customer service in all interactions
Assist with administrative support tasks including scanning and document preparation
Provide overflow support to the service coordination team as needed
Follow company policies and ensure compliance with vehicle procedures
