Position: Financial Services Transition Specialist
Type: Full-time (W2)
Salary: $21 per hour, plus travel expenses, paid travel time, and eligibility for overtime.
Location Requirement: St. Louis MO

Job Expectations:
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (more like 20-30%) of the time for onsite transitions, which can range from 2 to 6 weeks based on the project's complexity and size. (You can travel home on weekends)
• Support operations remotely from home when not on a transition.
Job Overview: This travel-oriented position involves significant time supporting transitions both remotely and onsite. Transitions vary in length and complexity, depending on the number of financial advisors joining, account setup requirements, and the intricacies of their portfolios. As a Financial Services Transition Specialist, you will work closely with experienced transition consultants and coordinators, focusing on ensuring smooth and effective transitions for our clients.

Training & Development:
• Comprehensive initial training in St. Louis lasting 2 weeks.
• Following training, remote support work with quality control checks for accuracy before joining onsite transitions with seasoned team members.
Responsibilities:
• Onboard and support experienced financial advisors, providing both remote and onsite assistance.
• Manage the transition process, including account transfers and new client account setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account opening and asset transfers.
• Liaise to ensure high-quality service and availability of resources.
• Produce detailed reports and metrics for each transition.
• Maintain accuracy in all documentation and reporting.
• Engage in continuous operational support and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in project support or related activities.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in the financial services sector or similar roles.

Desired Qualifications:
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
• Effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with financial systems like Salesforce or other management tools.
