Job Title: Transactional Paralegal – Community Association Law
Location: Maitland, FL (100% On-Site)
Salary: $55,000–$60,000 (Direct Hire)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Transactional Paralegal with hands-on experience in Community Association Law to join a reputable and well-established law firm in Maitland. This is a direct hire, in-office position—perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is looking for long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities:
-Draft, review, and process legal documents related to MRTA (Marketable Record Title Act) compliance, Covenant Revitalization, and Amendments.
-Organize and manage a high volume of legal paperwork efficiently and accurately.
-Maintain and update legal files, records, and documentation.
-Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and community associations as needed.
-Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with Florida statutes and deadlines.
Qualifications:
-Prior experience working in Community Association Law is required.
-Specific experience with MRTA, Covenant Revitalization, and Amendment procedures.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—this is a paper-heavy role.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
