We are urgently seeking a Transactional Paralegal with strong experience in Community Association law to join our team ASAP. The ideal Transactional Paralegal will have hands-on knowledge of MRTA (Marketable Record Title Act), Covenant Revitalization, and Amendment drafting and processing.

This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role that involves a high volume of document handling. The Transactional Paralegal must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects with precision.

To be successful as a Transactional Paralegal in this position, you’ll need:

A solid understanding of Florida community association law

Proven experience with MRTA, covenant revitalization, and governing document amendments

Excellent written communication and file management skills

A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
