Training and Development Specialist (Camarillo, CA)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Professional Development and Training Coordinator to support employee growth and enhance organizational performance through effective training programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development, highly detail-oriented, and skilled at coordinating training logistics from start to finish.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for staff across all departments
Schedule training sessions, book facilitators, and ensure materials and resources are prepared
Track participation, gather feedback, and maintain training records and compliance documentation
Partner with department leads to identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist in the creation of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements

Pay:
$35-$50/hourly DOE
