As a Training Content Developer, you’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering high-quality training materials that support blended learning experiences for front-line and contact center employees. From instructor-led lesson plans and eLearning modules to bulletins and videos, your work will directly support the learning and development of diverse teams.
To thrive in this role, you should bring at least 2 years of experience in adult learning and eLearning development, along with proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, and Canva. Your ability to create and manipulate graphics, manage content development timelines, and communicate clearly—both visually and verbally—will be key to your success. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and a strong sense of organization and time management are also essential.
You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, contribute to design specifications and storyboards, and take initiative to improve content development processes. Experience with simulations, gamification, and screencast recording is a plus.
