What You’ll Do:
• Design & Develop – Create immersive instructor-led lesson plans, eLearning modules, bulletins, and videos that fuel blended learning experiences.
• Innovate & Improve – Apply industry-leading methodologies to craft top-tier training materials, ensuring they meet high standards and deliver impact.
• Visual Storytelling – Develop compelling graphics, simulations, and interactive content that captivates learners and makes training stick.
• Collaborate & Connect – Work with subject matter experts, HR teams, and leadership to shape engaging training programs that meet business needs.
• Lead & Elevate – Take ownership of projects, driving timelines, managing content creation, and delivering high-quality learning experiences with minimal oversight.
What You Bring:
• 2+ years of experience in adult learning principles and e-learning development
• Expertise in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, or Canva
• A knack for graphic creation and visual storytelling
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus points for experience in simulations, gamification, and screencasts!
