The Marketing Events team’s mission is to deliver powerful, well-executed event experiences that elevate companies' brand and strengthen strategic engagement with key audiences. Our work supports cross-functional collaboration and helps drive awareness, partnerships, and product education.

As a Contract Trade Show Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the execution of trade show operations, including logistics, budget tracking, and vendor management. You’ll also support internal events such as our annual conference, helping us create impactful and memorable event experiences!

This role is based in our Clearwater, FL office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

$25/hour

What you’ll do
-Coordinate all logistics for industry trade shows—including staffing plans, travel arrangements, contracts, and collateral shipping
-Track and reconcile event budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and cost efficiency -Communicate directly with event organizers, vendors, and internal
stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables
-Support the execution of companies' annual conference, including pre-event planning and onsite support
-Compile post-event insights and feedback to inform future improvements

What you bring
-2+ years of experience in event planning or trade show coordination, ideally in financial services or tech
-Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple timelines
-Strong communication skills and experience managing vendor relationships and
cross-functional collaboration
-Proficiency in Google Workspace and event management tools
-Willingness to travel as needed for event support and execution
