Tradeshow Inventory & Logistics Assistant
Onsite | Trade Show & Event Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Tradeshow Inventory & Logistics Assistant to support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of company assets used for trade shows, sales meetings, and customer events. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment and materials are properly packed, inventoried, shipped, and returned in excellent condition to support professional, on-time event execution.
Experience working with medical devices is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Asset Management
Receive, unpack, and inspect exhibit assets returned from trade shows
Maintain accurate inventory records and track asset status (available, damaged, under repair)
Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and event readiness
Packing & Shipping
Prepare booth materials, equipment, and accessories for shipment to trade shows and sales events
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation to protect sensitive equipment
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams
Inspection, Repair & Refurbishment
Inspect returned devices for damage, wear, or functional issues
Perform minor repairs, cleaning, and refurbishment in accordance with SOPs
Escalate items requiring advanced repair and coordinate with management
Compliance & Quality
Follow medical device handling, labeling, and documentation requirements
Ensure demo devices meet internal quality, safety, and compliance standards
Tradeshow Readiness & Support
Stage and organize equipment to ensure on-time event readiness
Maintain clean, organized, and professional storage areas
Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics and inventory flow
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, or technical support
Experience handling medical devices, electronics, or regulated equipment preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to perform light mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
Comfortable lifting and handling equipment within safety guidelines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems a plus
